Shipping
All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail, I aim to ship all parcels within two days of your order, unless this is a made to order item.

The shipment of your order will be through Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss of parcels.

The postage prices are subject to change at any time.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on purchases if you simply change your mind. However I offer a replacement or alternative item if the item is faulty. If any of the goods you have purchased have a fault please you could contact me at julie@rosebudsandribbons.co.uk within 7 days of the receipt of your items. All items must be returned in their original condition with the documents. Rosebuds and Ribbons is responsible for paying the shipping charges.

Your legal rights as a customer state when you buy goods from a business, you have rights as a consumer to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or a misleading description.
