How much is the postage in the UK?

Postage is charged at £3.00 for small orders and at £4.00 for orders over £10.00 for second class with the Royal Mail.

Do you post outside the UK?

No, unfortunately I do not post outside the UK.

Can I order bespoke items?

Yes, I am happy to discuss any orders and will do my very best to fulfil your requirements.

How long do made to order items take?

This depends on the ordered items. Ready to ship items will be posted within one week. However clothing and other items will be four to six weeks. Please contact me, if you require something sooner and I will try to fulfil this for you or you would like an idea of time scale before ordering.

Do you offer refunds?

No, unfortunately not, due to each item being handmade. Any faulty items will be replaced.

How do your sizes fit?

The sizing of the clothes I make are reasonably generous, but please refer to the size chart below for a more accurate guide of the actual measurements.
